At a Conference on Small Business at the White House in June, 1995, President Bill Clinton and Vice President Al Gore unveil the U.S. Business Advisor, an online information service using CIIR search technology (InQuery) to easily retrieve information about federal regulations and compliance that is relevant to U.S. businesses. The full-text of the Unified Agenda for Federal Regulations also was searchable using InQuery.
